2. Product Information and Condition
- Jen Store sells a mix of surplus, pre-owned, refurbished, and new branded items
- Each product page identifies the condition of the item, including whether it is sold AS-IS or covered by warranty
- Items marked AS-IS may show signs of use, wear, scratches, or cosmetic imperfections
- Product descriptions and images are provided for reference and may not capture every detail. We recommend reviewing all photos and the description before purchasing

3. Pricing and Availability
- All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice
- In the event of pricing errors, system glitches, or stock discrepancies, Jen Store reserves the right to cancel the affected order. Any payments will be refunded promptly
- Stock displayed on the Site reflects current inventory. We make every effort to keep this accurate, but in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place a reservation
4. How to Order
- Browse the Site and add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout. Enter your name, contact details, and choose pickup or shipping
- Choose a payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer). Send payment using the displayed account details
- Upload a screenshot of your payment proof on the order confirmation page
- Your order is now "Reserved". Items are held for 12 hours pending payment verification
- Once we verify your payment, your order moves to "Confirmed" and we begin preparing it
- If your payment is not verified within 12 hours, your reservation expires and items are returned to stock
5. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO)
- Payment must be sent in full. Partial payments will not be accepted
- The amount you send must exactly match the order total. Underpayments require additional payment; overpayments will be refunded
- Orders are confirmed only after we visually verify your payment proof against our payment account records
- Payment proof must be a clear screenshot showing the reference number, date, time, amount, and recipient details
- Jen Store is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other payment intermediaries
6. Order Processing and Reservations
- Reserved orders are held for 12 hours pending payment proof verification
- If payment is not received and verified within 12 hours, the reservation automatically expires and items are returned to stock
- Once confirmed, orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business days
- Jen Store reserves the right to cancel or hold orders for verification in cases of suspected fraud, irregular activity, or violation of these Terms
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping Rates
Shipping is fulfilled through J&T Express. Rates are based on delivery destination:
- Metro Manila: ₱100
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): ₱150
- Visayas and Mindanao: ₱250
7.2 Delivery Timelines (estimated)
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
- Luzon: 2-5 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 3-7 business days
7.3 Important shipping notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery time depends on courier scheduling, weather, traffic, holidays, and other factors beyond our control
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers may incur re-shipping fees
- If the courier marks an order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier
7.4 Pickup orders
- Pickup is FREE
- Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of order confirmation
- Bring a valid ID and your order number when picking up
- If a pickup order is not collected within 14 days and the customer is unreachable, the order may be cancelled and items returned to stock
8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our separate Warranty & Returns Policy. Key points:
- Defective non-AS-IS items: 7-day return window from delivery
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) items: 48-hour reporting window
- Unboxing video is REQUIRED for all damage claims
- AS-IS items are sold without warranty (no returns except DOA)
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days

- Engage in chargeback fraud or other deceptive practices
Customers found violating these rules may be banned from future purchases and reported to authorities under the Internet Transactions Act, which penalizes fake buyers as well as fraudulent sellers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:
- Jen Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased
- Jen Store's total liability for any single order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of products after delivery
- We are not responsible for delays or failures of third-party providers (couriers, payment platforms, internet services)
13. Force Majeure
Jen Store shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, typhoons, floods, fires, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, war, courier disruptions, or supply chain failures.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, product photos, descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Jen Store or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
