Welcome to Jhen Shop ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website jhenshoponline.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

• "Customer" / "you" — any person who accesses the Site or places an order.
• "Products" — items listed for sale on the Site.
• "Order" — a request to purchase Products submitted through the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an Order.

3. Products and Pricing

• All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any Product without notice.
• Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of checkout will be honored.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors, sizes, and descriptions, but we do not guarantee that images perfectly reflect the actual Product due to screen/display variations.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any Order placed at the incorrect price, with notice to you.

4. Order Acceptance

• Placing an Order is an offer to purchase. All Orders are subject to our acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS once your Order is accepted.

5. Reservations and Payment

• When you place an Order, your items are reserved for 12 hours. You must send payment and upload your proof of payment within this window, or the reservation expires and items return to stock.
• We currently accept payment via GCash, Maribank, and Maya.
• We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment is required before an Order is processed and shipped.
• Orders are confirmed only after we visually verify your payment proof against our payment account records.
• You are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship via J&T Express. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your Order and your delivery area.
• Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.
• Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or your designated address.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, incorrect address information provided by the Customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping fees are disclosed at checkout before you confirm your Order.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Our exchange policy governs the return and exchange of incorrect, damaged, or defective Products.

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your Order.
• We currently do not offer refunds — only exchanges for valid, confirmed issues.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Products are sold on an "as-is" basis. Surplus and pre-owned items may show signs of prior handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, and design — is the property of Jhen Shop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an Order.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell Products or content without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jhen Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Muntinlupa.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
